SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

All fresh fruit orders ship only when the product is in season. All product orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, either overnight or by 2-day delivery or ground shipping. No products are delivered on or shipped on Sundays. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us, and we will make every effort to meet your needs.

To ensure the freshness of our products, we list only the recommended shipping options per product. Please note that shipping options vary by delivery zip code. Delivery is guaranteed on all shipments when addresses are complete and correct, the addressee is available to receive the package when delivered, and there is no payment delay or issue. We cannot deliver to a mailbox or a PO box. Please make sure the shipping address is reachable for the courier company.

Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. Most orders received before midnight Saturday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, provided the product ordered is in season or stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM Thursday will ship at the first available ship date. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose.

Packages held in transit over the weekend often experience severe temperature changes, resulting in damage to the fruit. If you need your fruit for Monday, we recommend that you request to receive them by Friday or Saturday and hold them in a refrigerated area until used.

If no date is specified, the order will ship at the first available opportunity. Please note that delivery times given are estimated times, and we encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays due to shipping delays and product availability.

Occasionally, we are unable to accommodate prearranged orders due to thunderstorms or other extreme tropical weather. We cannot be responsible for these natural occurrences. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know and ask if you would prefer to cancel the order or receive it as soon as possible.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, internationally, or to the following US states: California, Arizona, Hawaii, and Alaska.​

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to delivering fresh, quality fruit packages. If you encounter issues with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem.


We will review your request and, if approved, may offer a replacement delivery or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days through the original payment method.


Please note that we do not offer refunds for customer preferences regarding taste, size, or appearance variations of natural produce or delays caused by factors beyond our control. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

For any undamaged merchandise (clothing and accessories), simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
